I went to my garage today at 11:30am to attempt to go to the market. I noticed my back tire was completely flat and it had an Allen Wrench coming out of the tire. I wanted to cry…I called Tire King at 12pm and Jason picked up. He said he had the tires I needed in stock…he even explained all of my options. He referred me to a local tow company so I called them to get a tow. The tow truck arrived a little before 3pm and he took my car to Tire King. Jason called me and told me he received my car and that he could patch the hole if I wanted or he could do all 4 tires like we discussed earlier. Anyway, I felt safer getting all new tires since I have all wheel drive and I wanted safer all weather tires anyway. Needless to say, my car was ready by 4pm. Seriously…. I heard great things from people about Tire King but had no idea how amazing this company was until I saw it with my own eyes. I felt borderline hopeless this morning until I spoke with Jason. I immediately felt better once he said he had my wheel size in stock and that he had an opening for me today. And, he even gave me the phone number to a local tow company that was familiar with the area. He explained every single option available to me and called me with updates. Such a pleasant experience despite what happened. The staff and technicians are amazing. I will forever be a Tire King customer.

We have had really good luck with those Nokian WRG4 tires that you purchased, those will do much better in the winter time for you. I put a set of those on my personal car about three years ago. Highly recommended! As a last ditch effort before buying a new rim to replace my newly dented one, they were able to straighten my rim without hesitation. The salesman saw my stress and didn't take advantage of the situation. I wasn't pressured to purchase a expensive tire to hold me over until I was ready for a new set, but offered a gently used one that will do the trick for now. I will come back for my new tires in a few months. One if the rare honest auto repair shops. This is one benefit of a local owned business.

Can’t recommend Tire King enough. Daughter had a flat on both her regular tire and spare. She took the tire in to get a replacement and they said they would try to fix the old one before charging her for a new one. They called her shortly after stating they were able to fix it. Most places would have taken advantage of her lack of knowledge. Four drivers in this family and they have gained a lifetime customer! Thank you!!!
No problem Jennifer! If your tire is repairable and still safe to drive on, we will fix it. We get a lot of tires that come in that customer's say other places won't repair. Tire King replaced four tires on our travel trailer. Job was done very quickly while I waited. They even greased the bearings at no charge. Top notch crew at Tire King. Definitely recommend.

In September we were in Falcon area campground and notice one tire on RV was wearing excessively after traveling cross country. Not wanting to take any chances, we started calling around to have tire replaced. Most dealers just wanted to replace with another brand of tire but I was insistent that I want wanted same Goodyear brand as other tires on my RV and were not helpful. Your employee - Mark - was willing to find the tire I needed, have it shipped to your Falcon location and called several times to follow up. He was helpful and showed exactly what customer service is all about even tho he knew that we would probably not be a repeat customer (being from out of state). I want to thank him and your business for helping us...
